No Call/No Show Policy
A credit card number will be required to schedule any service at Expressions Day Spa. There will be no charges to the card if you show up for your scheduled appointment time. Once here, you can pay as you please. Cash, Check, Card or Gift Certificate.
If you cancel 24 hours in advance during business hours, there will be no charges to your card and we can reschedule your appointment.
If you cancel after the 24 hour mark or do not show up for your appointment, your card will be charged the full amount. Emergencies and accidents do happen, and we are completely understanding of that.
Cancellation Policy
We require a 24 hours notice during business hours to avoid any cancellation fees, We understand that things happen and sometimes it is unavoidable. However, please be mindful if the time you have scheduled. True Emergencies will be excused.
Prenatal Massage Policy
Traditionally our massage therapist are not comfortable performing Prenatal Massage during the first trimester. Second Trimester and beyond are completely acceptable unless otherwise noted from your doctor.
Minor Consent Policy
A parent or guardian signature will be required on our Client intake form upon arrival for all minors. Clients under the age of 16 will have the option to have the parent or guardian present during the session.
